Is there anyway I can change my username without deleting everything of mine and my post?

I tried contacting website support last month and no response.

Any moderators help me out please?

I'm assuming I have to delete this account and start a new one, but I've been a member for awhile and don't want to lose that.

The admins aren't very responsive, but I think that either Topher or john_matrix can change it for you.
