Marlin 795 .22lr rifle: $125 - $25 rebate - $25 gift card = $75 + tax out the door at Sports Authority B&M. Just went over and confirmed the price but didn't feel like waiting 2 hours for a damn background check.
Decent plinker, cheaper than the 60 or the Ruger 10/22. Not as easy to mod, but nice semi-auto all the same. On the fence, still want a 10/22 so I can mod the bejesus out of it, but this could be a fun weekend gun and a good gun to teach kids on. Plus everyone needs at least 1 .22 rifle and pistol in their arsenal.

It's usually fairly up to date and good for ammo. They also show in cost/round which saves me the 4 seconds of calculation. The slickdeals guys are really picking it up with the ammo deals too. I'll do what I can to update this, anyone looking for any ammo in particular? I keep an eye out for .45 ACP personally.

Big 5 has their Mossberg 500 combo on sale again. I found an additional 5% coupon back in July and have been very happy with the setup. The 28" barrel is good for shooting clays/hunting and the 18" barrel is good for home defense.

Posted this on SD and SG last night, it's the one I've been eyeballing for the motorcycle/overlanding rig. Mossberg 500 JIC II Takedown 12ga. It's pistol grip, which is what I was looking for. Designed to break down small and pack in the included case for lighter packing. $285.19 + S/H and FFL. BTW, do we have any FFL's here?

Is it possible to mount a butt on it, along with the pistol grip (similar to the tacticals posted elsewhere)? I like the looks of the combo and imagine it's more comfortable to shoot that way.

I'm sure the stock is easily interchangeable, but I'd just get the tactical model if that's what you want.
