I was thinking more along the lines of:

I think a 3 car garage works. its a parking structure 
I was thinking to do that too, but I have my fc in the garage half way torn apart.

Parking Structure would be any permanent building for parking a car ( 1 car shed up to an actual Parking Garage )
+ i did your challenge thinking it was legit
