I think part of the reason the insurance is so cheap on this car is the fact that the "normal" age demographic for Saab is ~40-45 years old. The older the driver, stereotypically the cheaper to insure.

Where do these youngsters get this kind of money? When I was in my twenties, I was lucky to be driving a 15 year old car. And yes, I had a job, but I still didn't have this kind of money........

Cheap? My insurance company called me back to give me my quote and started off by saying, "This must be a nice car, the exposure index is very high".......LOL

My insurance is skyrocketing in MA and so far I've only quoted minimums (granted, in MA it's essentially state regulated...).

I'm having the same problem with insurance in MA. My premium went up $800 for the year! The 92x replaces a 03 Impala. I couldn't believe the jump, and haven't had much luck finding anything cheaper.

For those of you having 'issues' with the insurance companies.... Try progressive.
My insurance company quoted me ~1600 for 6 months 50/100 500 deductables after having an 02 S10 ZR2 pickup for 700/6mo
I called progressive, 700/6mo, same coverage, same deductables.
I do have one 'no fault' wreck, and a 5 over ticket in the last year.
