Linear fluctuating rpms when cold

Hi guys...my linear does this thing where the rpms will go up and down while idling and even revving ...this happens when it’s cold...

Once it’s warm the rpms are stable...I did some searches and some of you referred to cleaning the throttle body and MAP sensor as that this is probably related to air..

I cleaned the MAP sensor...removed it from the air box and sprayed it with map sensor cleaner...I didn’t touch the little bulb thing but it’s kinda brown/yellowish still

I cleaned the throttle body...I removed it from the intake and cleaned all the carbon build up on the brass butterfly...

The problem remains...does anyone have any ideas I can try?..did I clean the map sensor and throttle body improperly?

It’s also been throwing a cel for a bad o2 sensor for a bit....I’ve swapped that sensor but the cel light comes back....not sure these are related but I wanted to share...

Thanks guys

Re: Linear fluctuating rpms when cold

I dont believe so...think that could fix my issue?... do you suspect that rpm issue is related to the CEL?.... last night i went for a ride and the CEL was off, but like it typically does, the rpms fluctuated...I gave it a little gas to merge, the rpm issue went away, but the CEL back back on...the car ran awesome the rest of the ride, albeit with that CEL and flashing cruise light bugging me...
