Re: Post your Dyno Graphs

Here is my Dynojet Graph.... At the time of this dyno my setup was AP Stage 1 with IC hoses.

Since this dyno I have put on an Invidida Uppipe, Invidia catted DP and a Prodrive Round Tip Axle Back. When I dyno with this new stuff I'll post another graph.

Remote tuned by PDX. Actually, this is just one of those 150 dollar basemaps. This was before they adjusted things based on datalogs. Plus this was only running a 14.5psi basemap, huge TMIC, gutted uppipe, gutted 3rd cat and bosal downpipe. No realtime, no massive boost. Tim Bailey is awesome.

Re: Post your Dyno Graphs

oddly low whp numbers for a protuned car, but nice torque.  Everyone was getting low numbers:

Protuned Cobb with stage 2 mods plus headers.  Dynojet.

heath,  whats the diff in runs ?  why is the 001 lower ?  stock map ?

may want to send that to your tuner to get his input.
seems like it starts to taper a tad early

Re: Post your Dyno Graphs

I'm sure the green is the base pull (OTS Cobb maps). The other 2 are protuned.
And the numbers look completely on track with other protuned cars - 22x whp 24x ft/lbs. That's what most people get on "normal" dynos.

Obligatory sig with extensive power mod list for greater respect:
-JDM oil pan, JDM dipstick, STI oil pickup and baffle plate for ultimate oil flow, STI midpipe for uber power gains.
-WetOkole front seat covers for ass sweat stains
-Drawtite hitch (no wiring) for a bike and a trunkmonkey for shits and giggles

Re: Post your Dyno Graphs

arrow-up oh....
I thought that would've been the first base run, then the car was tuned and dynoed again (the 2 better looking graphs)...hmm, I dunno what went on with the green one then.

AWD Mustang Dyno.
Stage 2 with Cobb Map. high stall torque converter caused the weird torque spike.
Now you see why I'm not a fan of the OTS cobb maps.

baseline pull got 230whp and 223tq after the tune he got 235whp and 235wtq.  ALSO: missing is the 90*+ weather during the tune
Not an impresive gain, well kinda like a fart of gains,  biggrin but the smoothness in the power delivery make it a much better everyday driver  up

Re: Post your Dyno Graphs

aba - not bad
What is target boost and AFR now ?

Not to be picky but i would expect with porting you should hit target boost at 3k and hold it till 5k
but its a nice smooth ratio thats nice

11:1 AFR at 95 IDC , good for economy and No knock whatsoever and no leaning
the boost hits 16.9 at 3,500 and holds it 5,500+ to 12 and Dan ( the tuner ) said that boost was very steady and very smooth he said it was very easy to work on it since it was so constant.

Also I did not quite ported my turbo, It would be better described as Boring or extrude hone, cause i was All crazy on that thing.  not my best, Rudi's as you can see came out better smile hehehehe.
