2006 Saab 9-2 X Aero Rear brake up Grade

I am in the process of installing new Subaru 2 POT calipers on my 2006 SAAB 9-2 X and I've discovered that the subaru calipers do not line up with the bolt pattern on the Saab. Any suggestions on making this work?

Most would have just recommended an H6 upgrade for the rears.
