Re: Colorado Sightings

Sounds good to me.  We'd probably need to plan it out a few weeks in advance.  How many 92x's you guys think we can get together here in the Denver area?  6 or 7?

Re: Colorado Sightings

Quite possibly.  It may be fun, I don't know.  Has anyone done something like this before?

Oh, saw one this morning on Hampden.  I was in the left turn lane waiting to turn onto Yosemite, and a blue aero zipped by.  no plates, just the paper in the window.  we gave the wave.

Re: Colorado Sightings

There are a few canyons I can think of that would make for a great meet and drive.  We should plan on making one when it warms up a bit, and everyone can get their summer tires and wheels back on.

Re: Colorado Sightings

I'm down to meet.  I saw a modded silver aero in boulder by the way.  It was a few weeks ago, in my parking lot at work.  I think it was leaving blockbuster at arapahoe and folsom.  It definitely had exhaust, and a tint.  Anyway i am definitely down for a meet.

Re: Colorado Sightings

So should we try to tentatively set a date?  That way if we set a date this far out, we can all plan around it and all try to make it.
How about the first weekend of April?  Like the 7th or 8th?  Do you guys prefer Saturday or Sunday?

Re: Colorado Sightings

Quick Hello! My wife and I purchased a 2006 92X 2.5 Blue in late December. We live in Colorado Springs and we have seen two 92X's so far down here. One parked next to us in the Briargate shops and the other was in a neighbors drive way (will make a visit shortly) both where 2.5's. We bought ours at Tynan's in Fort Collins. We may be up for a drive and meet in Denver. Happy to find some other crazy people that share this great little car. big_smile

Re: Colorado Sightings

Red Aero with an Invidia sticker on the back window was sitting down the street from me in a driveway. Right by DU, High st, anyone here?

Ohh and I also saw a blue 2.5i on I-25 today, probabley around 3:30 - 5:00, looked like a family. I was in a silver aero with a silver s4 in front and a blue IS300 behind me.

Hmm... Only locals with red are in linears -- srv1211 and dan92x.

Whatever happened to ol' dan92x anyway?

Re: Colorado Sightings

I actually saw another 9-2x this weekend- blue one, hanging out at an apartment/condo complex near Beaver Creak. I directed him to the site, so if he's not already on here, maybe he'll be joining us.

OT:
Sorry for missing you this weekend, Jeff. I appreciate the invite, though, and will leave a little more room in my schedule next time I'm out there.

Re: Colorado Sightings

I've been down in Alamosa for work reasons for the past few days, and saw a Blue Linear in a parking lot on Main Street down there!  Pretty dusty, and it had a ski rack on top, not a Subaru conversion, I don't think, just an aftermarket one.  You on here bud?

I had to drive a company car - 2005 Mercury Sable down there and back, so getting back into my 92x this evening felt really good.

Anyway, Blue Alamosa 92x, if you're on here, give us a shout!
