Two '05 9-2x Aeros, which is the better buy?

I'm looking at two different manual 9-2x Aero's on FB Marketplace right now.

Option 1:

$3,200obo
137,000 miles
Timing belt and brake rotors/calipers done at 91k along with full service records
"Full STI interior swap"? (asked the lister for pictures and still haven't gotten any)
Runs smooth and hasn't caused any trouble according to the owner

Option 2:

$3,500obo
211,000 miles
Timing belt and water pump done at 170k, newly replaced brakes
Functional A/C, heated seats, and sunroof (not sure if the other one has these?)

Rear interior strut towers.  Check for rust.

Buy both, have a spare parts car.
