2005 5spd Aero w/ 101k

Hey there, was looking for fun 2nd car for under 10k that was a 5spd and awd and a hatch and always had a love affair with the WRX and the saaburu specificially:)  Found what I think is a decent one locally here.  Wanted to get everyone's thoughts.

Price: 8k
Miles: ~101k

1 owner
no wrecks
tons of service records, primarily at 1 shop
timing belt
At 90k: Catalytic converter replaced. Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed. Water pump replaced. Timing belt replaced. Timing belt tensioner/idler checked.
Front axle replaced?
rear brakes and pads replaced recently
radiator hoses replaced

Regarding the rust.

None in the wheel wells
One small exterior spot which looks to be easily fixed
some rust underneath, passenger side is completely clean, driver side has more but not a ton

Had some longtime subie owner friends take a look at it and they gave the thumbs up but wanted to get your opinions as well.

Re: 2005 5spd Aero w/ 101k

There's always rust, question is how bad. Look carefully for rear strut tower rot: … ?t=2391932

$8k is high, though the single owner and records is nice. If the strut towers are clean (I doubt it), then it could be a good option if you can knock the price down.
