you are limited to 06-07 fronts due to airbag and passenger detection.
rears you can use any 02-07 impreza
if you want leather, the only option is 06-07 wrx limited, they came in tan or black
if you want cloth, you could do 06-07 STi fronts, but there are no matching black/blue rears (well JDM STi wagon ones which are impossible to find)
or for cloth there is 06-07 wrx black/grey but those look terrible in my opnion
