$7,500 for a Linear?

Hello, Everyone. I have the opportunity to buy a 2006 Saab 9-2X Linear automatic, heated seats with only 37K miles. Drives and looks excellent. No rust.
What do you think of the price? $7,500 seems like a lot but with the low miles.....

That is pretty insanely low miles since the average Saabaru now has probably 100k more miles than that at this point in time but I would find it hard to justify that price for a Linear. Where is it from

I think $5k would be a good price depending on what you think in person.

That's still in low mile Aero territory for that price. Ikbrown is probably about right saying $5k would be more reasonable.

Re: $7,500 for a Linear?

It would have to be MINTY FRESH at $7500 for a non Turbo 9-2x.  $5k would be a steal if it super clean.  If it has no accidents, no rust and it seems to have been well kept $6k or a little more would be fair for both parties.  Don't think you are going to get a car for $5k if the asking price is $7500.  That is like trying to buy a $30k car for $20k.

Re: $7,500 for a Linear?

Thanks for the responses. I had been looking for a Saabaru for the past few months so I had a pretty good idea what was out there and the prices. I knew that car would go FAST. I traveled down to Mass from Maine saw the car and bought it.  I may have overpaid but it's what I wanted. Also, as I was making the deal the phone rang from someone asking about the Saab. Going back tomorrow to bring it home and I know I'll have the car for a loonnngggg time.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up making a deal at?
