Sorry guys, it's my fault- not only did I wash my car last week, I swapped my winter floor mats for the regular carpeted ones. Not only did I swap floor mats, I swapped my winter tires for summers.
Apparently, people didn't get the memo the last time I ranted about headlight usage- a good 15% of the vehicles I saw on the road today (15 miles, along Colorado Blvd in Denver from City Park down I-25 to the DTC) were running dark.
I'm glad I chose all seasons as my "summers" this last time; much easier to time my tire swaps.
I've had snow on my birthday before (1 week from tomorrow) - both in Detroit and Denver- but it's usually a sprinkling. Never have I seen multiple inches of snow in May.
Gift cards to Amazon and Home Depot are greatly appreciated as birthday presents. : )

Yeah, wasn't that special? Football weather for CU graduation and 14" of snow in Nederland this morning. My colleague that lives up there, but works in Boulder was not amused....
The latest accumulating snow I remember from living in Detroit/Cleveland/Canton/Pittsburgh was the first week of April.

I'm still on Blizzaks. Not because the weather is that bad, because I haven't had a chance to go to my parents house where my tires are stored. Changing Saturday.

Yeah, I may have attributed a small amount to this as well. Washed the car over the weekend.

Was out on the Summers 1st thing this morning to go to the dentist. Very entertaining on any snow or slush. 2 hours later and the roads are just wet, so way more in the grip dept.

I washed my car last Thursday and the forecast showed all beautiful suns for the next 7 days - then it sprinkled on Thursday night, and a bird took a fat shit on my roof on Friday. My punishment for not having to deal w/ the snow you guys are in. haha.

I can't believe the difference in weather between Saturday and Sunday. It was perfect weather for the track day at Pueblo, we were lucky it wasn't scheduled for Sunday. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend the road coarse to Pueblo motor speedway.
