My first MOD - SS brake lines

Im thinking my first mod will be a simple one - SS brake lines and painted calipers

Can anyone guide me to a set of quality SS brake lines (goodridge or equiv.) that is reasonably priced.  Is the 2005 WRX wagin model for P/N ok ?

I have a black aero and i have leftover caliper red paint - thats too striking does anyone know where to get just the black caliper paint. Prefer GLoss

Re: My first MOD - SS brake lines

Go w/ StopTech if you want top notch, every lines pressure tested, etc.
If you want good one w/ decent price, go w/ Goodridge.

No matter what happened, DON'T GET eBay lines.

They have long term break down bublings, etc.

Re: My first MOD - SS brake lines

Black caliper paint wouldn't be THAT bad if it were flat or semi gloss. I'm not a fan of showing off 2 piston calipers... sorry

Re: My first MOD - SS brake lines

Where is a good place to find decent price stop tech SS lines? Is this a easy job, would brake bleeding be performed?

I don't know..
Probably Stoptech.com?

To me it's easy, and yes you need to fully bleed your brake when installing SS lines.
