Saabaru Badges

I got sick of paying $50 for emblems that fall apart, so I decided to get the Saab what it should have had from the factory:

I have these available in blue and black.  Price is $10 each, payable to [email protected] or go to www.lime-swap.com/products to order.  These apply directly over your "chrome badge mod".  The SAABARU text and peripherial ring are clear to show the chrome underneath.

I now have badges available for center caps and steering wheels.  These are printed on silver metallic vinyl so you  don't have to worry about the previous badge showing through.  The hood/trunk badges are also available printed on silver metallic vinyl.

Pricing is as follows:

Hood / Trunk Badge:  $10 Each (Clear or silver vinyl)
Steering Wheel Badge:  $8 Each
Center Cap Badge: $20 set of 4
Full Vehicle (2 Hood/Trunk, 1 Steering, 4 Center Cap): $40

AH I love it! I was woeking on one combining both the stars and the dragon/chicken into one flawless image.

Make the background black and I'll drop a few bucks on it.  banana

2005 Saab 9-2x Aero 4EAT <3 I loves it.  1 of 1,353 same models built in 05' super duper rare. Only 17.26% of 05' Production.

Re: Saabaru Badges

Count me in too. Anyone have some tricks for securing these to the hood so they won't fly off? I have a feeling that my "3M Decal Adhesive" that works so well for decals on the hatchback won't have the sticking power to overcome the 80mph wind drag on the hood.

arrow-up

I have one on my hood it holds up fine. I clocked 90 the other day and my decal emblem is still there.  up  you could do max and it will still be there. The material I use is the same used to wrap a vehicle. Actually someone on Nasioc just wrapped there STI in matte green.. Looks real nice...  http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr … ?t=2307011

These get expensive. I have seen vehicles like the Chevy HHR wrapped and go for around $3,500 to $4,500 with no roof wrap, just sides, front and back.  When a nice color is chosen though it looks good, like that STI from NASIOC.

I'd be happy with just a front and rear bumper wrap.

My son is planning to wrap my wife's  92x soon.

She's going with matte white.

He measured the car this weekend and has priced out the materials (less than $500).

We're hoping he can do it this month.

It looks like you have done this before  up .  Your probably doing standard matte white material, right? Based on that price this is what I think you are doing. The price I mention above is a full printed wrap (anything you want to print, whether its full color or images) with lamination and installation.  Is the material you are using a conformed material?  Just a heads up, you will want to laminate it because if you ever want to remove it will not be fun. The laminate not only protects the material but also makes it easier to remove.

Good luck with the wrap up . Post some pics when done.
