I have no idea what the tint is.  I wish I knew, but it was installed before I bought the car (installed by dealer, then owner #1 buys car, then I buy car from owner #1).

He bought it at a dealer that sold a bunch of different high end brands (Porsche, Jaguar, Mercedes, Maybach?).  Not sure what a homely little 9-2x was doing with that lot, but the dealer supposedly used some sort of extremely good quality film they used on the Mercedes as well.

It doesn't seem extremely dark from the inside, but I like it, just enough to make a difference.  Hopefully its legal...
